Responsibilities…
• Expedite food and communicate between FOH and BOH staff
• Bus all tables and bar top
• Clean and wipe all tables once bussed
• Sweep the dining room, patio, private room
• Have an in depth understanding and knowledge of the food menu
• Know what the garnishes of each plate are and be able to spot an incomplete plate
• Be able to describe clearly all of the food to guest as you present the plate
