CUSTOMER SERVICE/SCHEDULER needed for MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE (Los Angeles – Torrance)
A growing meal delivery service, dedicated to providing the highest quality of nutritious meals to the ever-growing aging population, is looking for a reliable and experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/SCHEDULER who enjoys daily interaction with senior citizens, and working with a team.
Full-Time with future growth potential
30-40 hours/week
$20-24 per hour DOE
Must have:
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and staff
- Ability to take directions/constructive criticism, be adaptable, and have strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong phone skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to pass a background check
Must be:
- Dependable and Punctual
- Detail oriented
- Cheerful and Compassionate
- Observant (Experience with seniors is a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Customer Service
- Scheduling meal orders and drivers
- Coordinating with kitchen
- Multi-Office Liaison
- General Office Duties (Correspondence, Filing, Scanning, Etc.)
- Administrative support to Operations Manager
